Vous le savez, une rude bataille pour la défense du domaine public est amorcée depuis déjà quelques mois et nous oppose à des décisions municipales que nous jugeons à l’encontre des objectifs du CIQ et par conséquent à l’encontre des intérêts des habitants.
Ce n’est pas parce que nous nous opposons sur une décision du Conseil municipal concernant le déclassement de la place st Roch que nous voulons rentrer en campagne et prendre la place de ceux qui l’occupent actuellement.
Les citoyens que nous sommes, ont, a leur disposition, des procédures qui leur permettent de contester une décision administrative et notre association, également, est en droit de le faire.
L’action que nous menons sur la PLACE SAINT ROCH depuis plusieurs mois maintenant est sur le point d’aboutir et espérons vivement que la décision du Tribunal Administratif nous donnera raison.
