DEBAT D’IdEES AUTOUR du TONKIN, de la Maison PINATEL et plus largement sur le Piton
LE 7 novembre dernier, notre réunion mensuelle était ouverte aux adhérents, car notre CA souhaite échanger avec ses adhérents sur les aménagements qui doivent se faire en lieu et place du projet de Monsieur Gaillicou.
De par la délibération municipale, nous savons que la municipalité , aidéE de la CPA, prévoit pour ces bâtiments :
 un agrandissement du musée,
des logements locatifs à prix modérés
et suite à la conférence de presse que Richard Martin a donné à ce sujet, le Maire a précisé que ces travaux seraient complétés par
la construction d’un parking et un programme de réhabilitation pour Cabriès.
Dans ce contexte, le CIQ se pose la question de l’objet de son action.
Il nous est apparu important que nous nous mobilisions à nouveau compte tenu des projets que prévoient la municipalité pour ces bâtiments, mais aussi pour les futurs aménagements nécessaires induits par ces projets, notamment le(s) parking(s).
Nous avons juste décidé dans un premier temps de rencontrer le Maire afin de lui redire notre intérêt pour ces futurs projets et notre volonté de participer à une concertation que nous espérons mise en place rapidement.
Nous souhaitons aussi réaffirmer la nécessité d’établir un schéma d’aménagement urbain global pour Cabriès- Nous demanderons qu’il soit fait en tout premier lieu. Vous voulez donner votre avis ?
