2ème réunion qui s’est tenue le 18 octobre 2008

Sont présents : les représentants de :
MUNICIPALITE,
APE Cabriès,
FCPE Cabriès,
STEPPES,
CIQ Cabriès village.
Absents et excusés : les enseignants des ECOLES élémentaire et maternelle de Cabriès Ouverture de la séance
 Ouverture de la séance par la Municipalité La réunion débute par une intervention de M. CALVETTI -adjoint aux affaires scolaires- qui lit les messages des enseignants s’excusant, au passage, pour leur absence :
*M. FERRER de l’école élémentaire rappelle que les enseignants sont ouverts à toutes les suggestions et n’ont aucune préférence de site pour l’implantation de l’école. Ils souhaitent seulement que tout soit fait dans les conditions maximales de sécurité et dans le but d’améliorer la qualité de vie des élèves et des enseignants.
*La directrice de l’école maternelle souhaite une nouvelle école pour ses classes.
M. CALVETTI indique ensuite qu’une étude globale des besoins pour « Cabriès Piton » fait partie du programme de la municipalité. A ce jour La mairie n’a pas de plan à proposer car cette réflexion sera menée, à terme, lors de réunions « citoyennes ».
Concernant la demande de Steppes et CIQ de confier l’étude à une société d’urbanisme elle n’a pas été acceptée en conseil municipal faute de budget suffisant.
Pour la municipalité l’école devra être pratique, pédagogique et environnemental.
Aucune nouvelle des procès en cours. Décision toujours attendu pour la fin d’année ou début 2009.

C’est M.VARO qui ouvre la table ronde :
Favorable à la concertation citoyenne avec les gens du village pour trouver des idées sur les besoins et les aménagements à y faire. Il cite une concertation ancienne avec le CIQ sur « les jardins des pénitents ».( ?)
Pas favorable à des intervenants extérieurs car ils n’ont pas obligatoirement des idées originales et ne connaissent pas les difficultés des habitants au quotidien.
Les parents d’élèves
Pas d’avis sur l’implantation.
Une bonne qualité d’accueil des enfants.
Veulent leur sécurité et leur confort.
Souhaitent un accès facile et sécurisé à l’école et au centre de vie du Piton.
Émettent leurs craintes sur les nuisances et les dangers causés par les travaux (si le projet « rénovation lourde de l’école actuelle » est possible).
Ils réitèrent le besoin d’une nouvelle école maternelle.
STEPPES
Formulent quelques remarques sur le précédent compte-rendu fait par la Municipalité.
Soumettent l’idée de construire deux groupes scolaires au lieu d’un actuellement (1 sur Cabriès Piton, un autre… ailleurs).
Montrent une proposition de réaménagement de l’école actuelle.
Formulent à nouveau le besoin de réflexion en amont sur les projets à venir.
CIQ
Réaffirment les besoins du Piton : créer un véritable centre de vie avec ses commerces accessibles en toute sécurité, des parkings, une école…
Précisent que l’on peut trouver des études d’urbanisme à tous les coûts et qu’il est dommage de s’en passer

Il rappelle que la commune est dans l’attente du procés en cours et que cela n’empêche que ces rencontres continuent d’exister . La prochaine n’est à ce jour toujours pas programmé. mais nous vous tiendrons au courrant de l’avancé de ce dossier.
